La Campofilone® Elite

La Campofilone is a small agricultural town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, in Le Marche region of Central Italy. It is also the birthplace of Maccheroncini. For almost one hundred years, La Campofilone has used only simple natural ingredients like eggs from free-range hens fed exclusively with non-GMO cereals and non-genetically-modified, high protein durum wheat grown exclusively in the region. The result is light, delicious, high protein authentic pasta which rivals most homemade egg pastas.

Made with the Finest Non-GMO Durum Wheat

The durum wheat semolina is produced in a local mill. It is extracted from the heart of the wheat using only the central part of a single grain. In addition to providing firmness during cooking, this gives the pasta an elevated gluten index.
